If you'd like to focus on specific areas, the feed can be adjusted to display only the properties that match your criteria, ensuring that your website always features the up-to-date listings of our exclusive developments. Additionally, if you're interested in being able to sell and have an XML feed with all the properties from all the developers we work with, you can become a ‘direct agent’ of Silc Estates (and Azafrán Estates). Access to the Dropbox for each of our developments, making it easy for you to find all the necessary information. Additionally, you will have access to your own private area on our website, where you can view and download important documents such as contracts. This ensures that all your essential files are conveniently stored in one easily accessible location.
Different commission levels based on your preferred level of involvement. If you have limited time, you can simply provide us with the client’s details, and we’ll handle the rest. If you’re unable to conduct a viewing, we can take care of it for you. Alternatively, if you’d like to manage the entire process yourself, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Please note that commission rates decrease as we take on more of the work. This is outlined in detail in the contract.

We also offer the opportunity to become a direct agent of Silc Estates (and Azafrán Estates), working exclusively with us, being able to sell our wide selection of non-exclusive properties, from prestigious, carefully selected developers. We only work with reputable companies that provide bank guarantees. This allows you to save time and effort by eliminating the need to search for, source, and upload new-build properties to your website (especially if you use our XML feed), giving you all the time to dedicate yourself to just selling.
